AP Executive are partnering with a dynamic Crypto ‘TT’ service provider who are looking to appoint a Managing Director to guide the business through the regulatory process and to ensure the long-term commercial success. The business has a strong footprint on the international stage, and this is the next step to further drive crypto engagement. They posses a streamlined and high-performing team, have had a stable track record since 2018, and enjoy excellent funding.

As MD you will lead all aspects of the operations, initially running the regulatory projects to receive the license and then provide strategic leadership across all processes, operations, business development, hiring, and risk management. This is an all-encompassing senior leadership position, and you will interact regularly with the owner/founder and become the figurehead of the team.

For this position we are looking to speak with senior leaders with a background in the crypto/digital assets space who have a strong understanding of all relevant regulatory laws in the region. You will have strong technical knowledge of the processes and operations required to run such a business, and poses excellent soft skills to communicate with and lead the wider team. You will be fluent in both English and German, and have a strong academic record (MBA/CFA preferred).
